Exchange
The products that are not on sales are only allowed for an exchange. We offer an exchange within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery, if 7 days have passed from the day of delivery, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind. In order to proceed with an exchange, send us an email at vysboutiquellc@gmail.com. The exchanged product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, unworn. We only accept the exchange if products are defective or damaged. We don't accept items that have been washed, worn or have their tags removed. It must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes smell/perfume/scents. Products that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to exchange. Jewelry/Intimates/Seasonal items are final sale and not available for exchange. We are not responsible for exchange shipping charges.
